THE HOST HOTEL: Our host hotel is the Marriott at Penn Square is now SOLD OUT of most room nights. We have reserved a small block of rooms at the County Inn of Lancaster on Route 30, about 15 minutes from the convention hotel.
The 2019 base Convention Registration fee is $235.00 per person (does not include tours, workshops or extras)
- The mail-in form is also be available to download and print in the DOCUMENTS section of the Glow website at www.goldenglow.org.
- The preferred method to register is via the online registration system on the Glow’s website. This is the fastest and most efficient way to register to make sure you get into the tours, events and workshops before they sell out. Online registration will open in February on a date to be announced in the near future.
The 2019 Glow Convention theme is “Christmas Traditions in Pennsylvania.” Your hosts are Steve Wilt, Jim Morrison and Craig McManus.Our Convention Registrar for 2019 will be Jeff McCann.
The location will be the Marriott at Penn Square in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The official start date for the convention is Wednesday July 17th, but tours, workshops and room hopping activities begin as early as the Sunday before. Come early to shop and sight-see!

Who Can Register for a Golden Glow Vintage Christmas Convention?
You must be a paid member of the Golden Glow of Christmas Past to register for our conventions. Any person with a current membership to The Golden Glow of Christmas Past may attend one of our annual conventions. Members may bring one guest. Glow memberships are considered “family memberships” which means any family members living at the same address assigned to the membership are also considered Glow members. All are invited to join our Glow Family. Just click BECOME A MEMBER on the homepage!
2019 GOLDEN GLOW CONVENTION CANCELLATION POLICY: If for any reason you must cancel, email: Registrar@GoldenGlow.org and Include the registration number(s) and name(s) of those canceling. Alternately, a request may be sent in writing through USPS, postmarked by dates listed below, to: Jeff McCann, Registrar, 87 Shelford Way Beavercreek, OH 45440. The following refunds will be given: A $235 refund will be issued thru April 15 postmark; $180 refund thru May 30 postmark; $130 refund thru June 30 postmark. Please note that monies for excursions, workshops, tables and add-ons are nonrefundable.
