Website Ad Reservation Form (click here to download)

Your Website Ad run may begin at any time of the year you choose.

Website Ad Reservations must be accompanied with payment and the following completed items sent to Treasurer@GoldenGlow.org:

  • Website Ad Reservation Form
  • final ad artwork-or- Website Ad Design Request Form(s). If you are re-running your Website Ad:
    • Under Step 3 of the Website Ad Reservation Form, indicate you are re-running your previous ad.
    • If you want to make any edits to your earlier ad, please relay them to the Designer via: Designer@GoldenGlow.org.
  • any additional support materials
